Paul leads The Little Kitchen Factory with a clear focus on quality, service, and long-term customer relationships. His hands-on approach and attention to detail have helped shape the business into a trusted name known for thoughtful design and well-executed installation.
With a strong understanding of both the creative and practical sides of the industry, Paul remains closely involved in the business and the standards it upholds.
John joined the business in 2005, bringing with him a strong background in furniture design and production management. Over the years, he has become a highly valued member of the team and a trusted guide for clients navigating the design process.
With extensive experience in kitchen and bedroom design, John combines technical knowledge with a calm, approachable manner. He listens carefully, offers clear advice, and takes genuine care in understanding what each client wants to achieve.
From first ideas through to the finer details, John helps shape kitchens that feel practical, personal, and beautifully resolved.
Darren joined the company in 2004 and is a long-standing member of the installation team. Known for his knowledge, reliability, and high standards, he brings a wealth of practical experience to every project.
He is a highly skilled plumber and tiler, and clients value both his professionalism and the care he takes with each installation. Darren is also a Fully Scope qualified electrician and was among the first in the country to achieve the 18th Edition qualification in 2019.
His breadth of expertise makes him an invaluable part of the team and an important part of delivering kitchens to the standard clients expect from The Little Kitchen Factory.
Bryn is a valued member of the installation team and brings years of experience fitting kitchens to an exceptionally high standard. His work is precise, consistent, and carried out with real pride.
He has a friendly, approachable manner and is always a pleasure to have on site, helping make the installation process feel smooth and reassuring for clients.
Outside of work, Bryn has a strong passion for football and previously played for Nottingham Forest’s Under 16 Academy before injury brought that chapter to a close.
Chris is a member of the installation team and completed his apprenticeship in plumbing before joining the business. He is highly skilled, dependable, and takes real pride in the quality of his work.
His installations are carried out to a very high standard, and his careful, reliable approach helps ensure clients feel confident throughout the final stages of their project.
Ben joined the team at the end of 2024 after studying interior design at university. Since then, he has quickly become a valued addition to the business, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and enthusiasm to every project.
He enjoys thinking beyond the obvious and takes pride in helping clients shape kitchens that feel both personal and practical. Ben’s friendly manner and positive attitude make him easy to work with, and he is always keen to go the extra mile for customers.
